2007 SOLD STATISTICS

There were thirteen sales on Wapogasset Bear Trap in
2007! Of those thirteen properties, I was blessed to have
been involved in nine of them - either as listing agent,
selling agent, and in five sales, both listing and selling
agent.

2007 was a great year - matching buyers with sellers is
incredibly exciting and rewarding ... and I can't wait to start
doing it all over again this summer!

The season started off with a BANG ... five closings in
May and June. The summer was surprisingly busy for
me ... lots of showings ... lots of new customers ... but as
the summer progressed, the daily gloom and doom
reports on the economy took their toll ... still alot of
activity, but no sales in July, August or September ...
then one sale closed on the last day of October ... and
that made it SIX!
... UNTIL Nov. 28th ... I was very excited to welcome a
new family to Lake Wapogasset ... this young family is
looking forward to the joy of owning a lake place
and to many years of making memories!

This sale brings the total of properties sold
in 2008 to "SEVEN" ... I was privileged to have
